Commercial floor care in the United States consumes over 55 million five-gallon buckets and 225 million one-gallon containers of strippers, sealers, and finish annually. Producing those single-use containers requires 669,000 barrels of oil. Stripping operations generate 500 million gallons of chemical waste per year — full of metals, VOCs, and toxins — and the discarded containers occupy 67 million cubic feet of landfill space. Replenishing what was stripped off requires another 500 million gallons of new chemistry, drawing on an additional 3.5 million barrels of oil.

NanoCoat eliminates that cycle permanently. One application over a freshly stripped floor, routine maintenance with NanoClean DC and NanoRestore, and the strip cycle is gone. No caustic chemistry. No PFAS, zinc, styrene, or VOCs. No repeat disposal events. Every year NanoCoat is in service, it saves over 4 million barrels of oil, keeps 500 million gallons of spent chemicals out of the ecosystem, and eliminates 67 million cubic feet of landfill waste.
